300 g sugar (maybe 1/3 more) 1 tsp. tsp. gelling agent (maybe double).

Ingredients were calculated for 3 glasses of 400 ml. 1. rinse the zucchini, remove the peel, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and coarsely grate the pulp. Remove the skin from the apples, cut into cubes. Bring the apples and zucchini to the boil with the water in a saucepan with the lid on and simmer over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Add sugar and do another 5 to 10 min. Add gelling agent according to package directions. Remove jam from the kitchen stove. Immediately fill into clean jars and tie shut. Tip: If the jam is firm enough, it is not necessary to add gelling agent.

Bake for about half an hour at about 200 degrees.

Our tip: Zucchini are delicate in taste and therefore also good for children.
