Instructions:

Mix all ingredients well with a whisk and let swell for 1/2- 1 hour.

Grease the waffle iron and preheat on medium heat. Pour the batter into the center of the pan and bake until done, then keep the waffles warm.

Cut basic fruits, e.g. papaya, mango, melon, banana, date or possibly fig, into small pieces and place on the waffles. Garnish with whipped cream, Chufas nuts and cinnamon.
