Noodle dishes are always a good idea!

Blanch (scald) glass noodles with boiling hot water and swell for 12 min.

Peel ginger, grate finely. Squeeze 1 lime. Fry sesame seeds in 2 tbsp. sesame oil. Sauté ginger briefly. Add lime juice, except 1 tbsp, sambal oelek and soy sauce.

Drain bamboo and noodles. Loosely mix both with sambal sauce. Cool.

Rinse remaining lime, pat dry and slice. Rinse cilantro, shake dry, chop and fold into lettuce. Season with salt.

Rinse tuna and rub dry. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Roast tuna in it at high temperature for 1-2 min. on each side. Sprinkle with remaining lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything with the lime slices.
