Instructions:

Blanch (over-brew) the tea bags with 500 ml of boiling hot water. Steep for at least five min and then cool the tea.

Rinse the berry fruits, sort them out, divide them evenly among tall glasses. Pour over each a quarter of the raspberry brandy, a quarter of the cold tea and a quarter of the well chilled sparkling wine.

Sweeten with a little sugar if desired.
