For the savory cheese cookies, sift the flour and gradually add 2 eggs, the butter, cheese and spices. Knead the mixture into a dough (preferably with a food processor) and then let it rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin to about 5 mm. Cut out circles with a Schnapsstamperl or similar small container. Whisk the last egg and brush the cookies with it and place them on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
If you like, you can also sprinkle some caraway seeds on the cheese cookies before baking.
