Instructions:

For the soy loaf, bring water and vegetable broth to a boil. Add the soy granules and cook until the liquid is absorbed.

Then let the mixture cool down.

Sauté the onion and garlic and stir into the cooled soy granules mixture with the spices and herbs.

Form loafs from the mixture and let them fry in the oven at medium heat.

Remove the finished soy loafs from the oven and enjoy hot.
