For the feta cheese mushrooms, clean the mushrooms and remove the stem. Season the feta cheese with herb salt and pepper and stuff into the mushrooms.

Put the stuffed mushrooms in a small baking dish (portion form) and pour the cream over them. Bake everything in the oven at 170 °C for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the mushrooms with parsley.

It goes well with fresh baguette bread.
