For the rustic baguette, first finely chop the ham, bacon and chives. Remove the core from the peppers and cut into small cubes, clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Mix ham, bacon, chives, diced peppers and sliced spring onions with cheese and sour cream and season with salt, bell pepper and nutmeg.

Slice the baguette lengthwise and spread with the mixture, sprinkle with cheese again if necessary. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 to 200 degrees (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. Serve the rustic baguette still warm.
