Rub the turkey breast with salt and pepper and place skin side down on the low broiler. Place this in the frying pan. Cook the turkey breast on the poultry automatic weight program. Halfway through cooking time, turn to the other side. Remove the roast and wrap in aluminum foil. Add the grated zest and juice of the orange with water. Stir through with the bacon, orange marmalade, clear soup and roast stock in a glass dish.

Peel the oranges so that the white skin is removed. Cut segments from the oranges so that they are cut out between the partitions. Stir the Dutch sauce into the stock, pour in the orange segments and bring to the boil at 850 watts for 3 minutes. Season with Cointreau.
