A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Pour red wine into a suitable bowl, add peppercorns and meat and marinate for at least 2 days.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Remove meat from marinade and rub dry. Wrap with spaghetti so that the roast remains in give. Then season heartily with pepper and salt.
