Instructions:

Rinse vegetables and cut into small pieces. Peel apples, remove the core and cut into slices, remove the peel from the orange and also cut into slices.

Put all the ingredients in a buttered bowl and mix. Cover and cook in a hot oven at 200 °C for about 1 hour without stirring.

Tip: Zucchini are a type of pumpkin and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
