Try this delicious pasta dish:

Place the puff pastry slices on a surface and defrost.

Sprinkle the flour on the surface and roll out the puff pastry slices thinly, then cut out evenly sized squares. Season everything together with pepper, salt, cumin and coriander. Whisk the egg yolks with a little water and brush the edges of the puff pastry squares with it.
