Instructions:

For the Pims Krapferl warm the honey. Crumble thea and flour and knead into a dough with the other ingredients. Let the dough rest for 1 hour. Roll out dough (not too thin) and cut out circles (not too big, cookies get a little bigger when baking).

Bake at 180°C degrees for about 10 minutes. After cooling, turn the cookies over and pipe dots with warm jam and let dry. Then heat chocolate icing and dip the cookies in it. Finally, draw patterns on the Pims Krapferl with white chocolate.

Preparation Tip:

For variety, you can also reverse the colors of the Pims Krapferl. Glaze the cookies with white chocolate and draw the patterns with dark chocolate coating.
