Instructions:

Cook the pasta al dente.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion.

Dice ham, bell bell pepper and pickles.

Drain the corn, peas with carrots.

After cooking, briefly rinse the pasta with cold water and allow to cool slightly if necessary.

Then mix ham, peppers, pickles, onion, corn, peas, carrots and the noodles in a large bowl. Stir in sour cream.

Season to taste with oil, water, salt, pepper, salad seasoning of choice, Maggi and herbed mushrooms.

Preparation Tip:

The salad can be eaten immediately. However, if you leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours, the taste is intensified!
