Try this delicious pasta dish:

1. cook the pasta in enough salted water and 1 tbsp. oil al dente on the stove. Drain and leave to drain.

Drain, skin, quarter, stone and dice the tomatoes. Separate the onion from the skin and chop. Finely dice the ham. Rinse the parsley, shake it dry and chop the leaves without the stems. Preheat the oven to 200° Celsius. 3.

Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the peas and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and the ham, mix well and cook for another 3 minutes at a low temperature.

In the meantime, grease a gratin dish. Arrange the noodles into 8 equal-sized nests, not too tight, and place them end to end in the mold. Fill them with the pea-ham mixture. 5.
