For the pancakes, mix eggs and egg yolks with milk. Add honey, salt, flour and finally stir in melted butter. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and bake pancakes with the dough. Spread with honey or jam, fold or roll up and serve.
Drizzle the pancakes with chocolate sauce and serve.

Serve the pancakes with ice cream and fruit sauce. If you like, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
