Instructions:

Prepare flour and oil to a homogeneous dough. Roll out the dough thinly with a pasta walker and cut into portion-sized pieces.

Finely chop the parsley, grate the Parmesan and mix together.

Sprinkle the cheese/kitchen herb mixture over the dough.

Fold over 2 pieces of dough at a time with the herbs facing inward.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it’s best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you’ll always have everything on hand!
