Instructions:

A bean recipe for every taste:

Rinse the meat with cold water and dry with kitchen towel. Heat the lard in a large casserole. Remove the peel from the onions, chop finely and fry with the meat cubes. Stir the paradeis pulp in a little water and add it. Fill up with the hot beef broth and season with pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika and chili spice. Add the red wine. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Put the tomatoes in hot water and peel them. Cut into small pieces and add to the meat. Simmer on low heat for another half hour with the lid closed. Add the beans, stir and season a little with the above spices. Creator: Barbara
