Instructions:

Slice the sea bass fillets very thinly (like smoked salmon).

Cut the mushrooms into fine slices. Mix with the juice of one lemon, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Arrange the lettuce nicely on the plates. Arrange the sea bass slices, sprinkle with sea salt, a few pink peppercorns and the basil strips and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with the marinated mushroom slices.

Important: For raw marinating, the fish must be absolutely fresh.
