For the mango lassi, cut the mangoes, remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh. Squeeze the lime.

Puree the mango pulp together with the sugar, lime juice and buttermilk in a stand mixer or with a blender.

Add the yogurt and a pinch of cardamom and blend again. If the lassi is too thick, you can add a little water.

Serve the mango lassi chilled!
