For the melon shake, mix curd, yogurt, lemon juice and sugar to taste (1 – 2 tsp). Puree the melon with a little sugar using a blender. Pour half of the curd mixture into a glass.

Mix the remaining curd yogurt mixture with about half of the pureed melon and pour it into the glass as well.

Top with the pureed melon as the last layer.

Preparation Tip:

Serve with a long drink spoon and enjoy from the bottom up. Instead of a lemon, you can also use a lime for the melon shake.
