Instructions:

For the lemon chicken, wash the chicken inside and out and pat dry.

Squeeze four lemons and marinate the chicken overnight in lemon juice in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 200 °C.

Peel the garlic and roughly chop 2 cloves.

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a roasting pan.

Drain the chicken and pat dry.

Add the chopped garlic cloves to the chicken and rub the meat inside and out with the herbs.

Add to the bacon in the roasting pan, brown all over and scatter the remaining garlic cloves inside.

Roast in the oven on the middle shelf for about an hour.
