For the kohlrabi and potato vegetables, remove the skin from the kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.

Cream the butter, sauté the onion and garlic in it. Add kohlrabi and potatoes, season lightly with salt and pepper and sauté for 3 minutes until soft.

Add the chicken stock and simmer with the lid on for ten minutes. Then remove the lid and simmer.
