Instructions:

For the homemade yogurt, first boil the milk almost, then let it cool down to 35 to 40 °C.

Now stir in the 4 tablespoons of yogurt and pour into 4 clean screw jars (jam jars). Close them and let them rest for about 8 hours at a constant temperature.

After these 8 hours you have a finished yogurt.

Preparation Tip:

To let it rest, you can put the jars with the yogurt in the oven at max. 40 °C or put them in an insulated bag.
