Instructions:

Dry chicken breasts between paper towels and cut each into 8 cubes. Stick on wooden skewers.

Briefly roast coriander and garam masala. Make a marinade with this and the remaining ingredients.

Place skewers in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over them. Leave to cool for one night, if necessary turn to the other side in the marinade.

Preheat oven to very hot.

Place skewers over an ovenproof dish so that they are exposed and nothing can drip into the stove.

Place in stove form for 5 min, brushing repeatedly with marinade.

Return to stove for 2 to 3 min.

Bring to table hot garnished with lemon wedges.

Can probably be made just as well on the charcoal broiler.

Tip: Cook only with high quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
