For grilled trout, salt and pepper the trout inside and out. Squeeze the lemon juice and season the inside of the fish with it.

Put a few stalks of fresh Mediterranean herbs in the belly – oregano, rosemary and thyme are best. Put on the grill and grill for about 5-10 minutes on each side (depending on the heat).

Preparation Tip:

Grilled trout is best eaten with parsley or baked potato.
