Instructions:

Peel and finely dice the onion.

Heat the oil and sauté the onion cubes until translucent, add the curry and sauté briefly.

Add lentils and thyme and pour in soup, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Add green beans and barberries to lentils, simmer until beans are soft.

At the end, pour in cream and season with pepper.

Preparation Tip:

With bacon cubes the soup gets a heartier note.
