Instructions:

Bring water to a boil with a little salt caraway.

Stir through with flour and add to the boiling caraway water with whisk. Bring to a boil and make short while stirring throughout (half a minute is enough). When serving, drain the soup so that the caraway does not get into the plates.

Another variation is to add crushed garlic to the soup and add toasted bread strips at the table. That would be the basic recipe. This is what my grussmother always cooked to my great joy.
