Instructions:

First prepare the dough. To do this, quickly knead a dough from one-third of the flour and butter and put in a cool place.

Mix the remaining flour with baking powder, mix with the other ingredients to a soft dough (like strudel dough), knead properly until it shows bubbles and let it rest with the lid closed.

Now roll out the dough, wrap the butter dough in it, pat it neatly, fold it three times, refrigerate and repeat this twice.

In the meantime, prepare the cream. Bring the milk and sugar to the boil, add the pudding powder mixed with 4 tablespoons of milk, bring to the boil again, remove from the heat and add the butter. Allow to cool and fold in the snow and yolks.

Now roll out the dough, bake on a baking tray, cut in half, fill with cream, assemble and cut into cream slices.
