Instructions:

First, preheat the oven to 200 °C hot air.

In a bowl, season the minced beef with salt and TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce. Mix everything well and set aside.

Next, wash the potatoes well and quarter or eighth lengthwise, place in a large bowl and season with olive oil, paprika, salt and TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce.

Spread the potatoes on a baking tray and roast in the oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes, turning several times.

For the mayonnaise, separate the eggs, add the egg whites to the mince and the yolks to a bowl. Mix the egg yolks with salt, TABASCO® Green Sauce, mustard and lemon juice with a whisk and add the oil drop by drop and continue beating the sauce until it becomes a solid mass (Attention: If the oil is added too quickly to the yolk mass, the sauce can easily curdle).

Cut the onion into fine rings and sauté in a pan with the butter and sugar on low heat until caramelized.

Cut the burgers in half and lightly brown on both sides in a skillet, then set aside.

Form the minced meat into patties and brown in a skillet over medium heat. Lift the patties out of the pan and set aside as well.

Spread the bottom of the burgers with mayonnaise and then place the lettuce, patties, onion and cheese on each burger half in turn.

Serve the finished Classic Cheeseburgers with potato wedges.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the cheeseburgers with potato wedges additionally with salad.
