(*) For a tray about 33 x 30 x 3 cm, enough for about 6 people.

Drizzle the bread with white wine and spread thinly with Dijon mustard. Mix raclette cheese with strips of raw ham.

Layer bread slices alternately with vegetable bites in the greased tray, sprinkling each vegetable with the cheese-ham mixture.

Mix all the ingredients for the glaze in a baking bowl with a whisk and pour over the top.

Bake in the middle of the oven heated to 200 degrees for 35 min.

Decorate with basil and bring a large baking bowl with summer salad to the table with it.
