For the chocolate shake with shot, heat the milk in a pot, but do not boil. Melt the dark chocolate in it and add the eggnog.
Allow to cool slightly and pour into a glass. Whip the cream with a little sugar until stiff and add to the shake as a topping. Decorate the chocolate shake with a few sprinkles and serve.
