Instructions:

Cut the meat into 1/2 cm wide strips. Stir all ingredients for the marinade well, marinate meat in it for at least half an hour, the marinade should be completely absorbed by the meat.

Soak the mushrooms in cold water. Cut spring onions, peppers and Chinese cabbage into strips, carrots into slices.

Heat oil in a wok or possibly a frying pan on 3 or possibly automatic cooking plate 8-10. Fry meat in portions, turning briefly, remove, keep warm with lid closed.
