For the broccoli casserole, cook the broccoli until al dente and cut large pieces into small florets. Chop the onion and fry in oil.

Add the broccoli. Mix eggs, milk and curd cheese and season with salt and pepper. Put the broccoli and onion mixture in a baking dish and pour the egg-milk-curd mixture over it.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven at approx. 170 °C for 30 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

For broccoli casserole you can use any cheese to your taste. Especially delicious is the casserole with feta cheese.
