Preheat oven to 180 °C. Rinse, pluck and chop the kitchen herbs. Cut aluminum foil so that the cheese can be wrapped. Cut tomatoes into fine slices. Place cheese on foil, drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper, sprinkle with herbs and top with tomato. Wrap the cheese. Cook everything together at 180 °C for about 15 min. Press garlic cloves through a press. Spread bread with butter and garlic. Put in the oven for about 5 min.
