For fried Asian chicken, carve the chicken into pieces, mix well with the seasoning mixture and leave to marinate for 6-8 hours.

Remove from marinade, drain properly and dry with kitchen roll.

Heat the frying fat (approx. 180° Celsius).

Mix the egg yolk and the cornflour, roll the chicken pieces in it and then deep-fry them until they are golden brown.

Take them out, let them drain properly, salt them and serve the fried Asian chicken hot.

Preparation Tip:

Deep fried Asian chicken is best served with a sweet and spicy sauce.
