Measure out ingredients, place in order in a large wide-mouth mold. Knead the contents well for about 1 ½ min. Loosen the dough from the edge and put it into a greased springform pan and bake for about 45 min. at about 200 °C. Do not preheat the oven. After turning out, sprinkle thickly with powdered sugar.
