A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Clean the chanterelles thoroughly, halve large mushrooms. Finely dice the onion, cut the fillet into small cubes. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a frying pan, brown the onion for three to four minutes, then add the mushrooms.

In a second frying pan brown meat in 2 tbsp olive oil. Season mushrooms and meat with salt and season with pepper.

After ten minutes add the meat to the mushrooms. Pour in whipped cream and wine and simmer for two minutes. Season to taste and add sauce thickener according to consistency.

Serve with spaghetti (e.g. ribbon noodles or pasta) and a properly chilled dry rose or white wine.
