Heat the sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Caution: Use a well coated pot for this.
Then bring the mixture to a boil and boil down to syrup for 5 min without stirring. Let the syrup cool down.
Wash the strawberries and strain them into a key. Stir the strawberry pulp into the syrup with the lemon and orange juice.
Freeze the fruit mixture in an open container for 1-2 hours until the rim begins to firm. Then stir the mixture with a mixer until smooth and fold in the semi-stiff whipped cream.
Freeze the mixture again for 2-3 hours until the ice cream is firm.
