Instructions:

Mix flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt. To make the dough even fluffier, you can also add a small dash of mineral water.

Heat a little oil in a pan together with a small piece of butter.

Pour a small amount of the pancake batter into the pan and quickly spread it evenly over the entire surface of the pan. Let it bake for 1-2 minutes on the bottom side and as soon as the pancake has set, turn it over. Now let the other side also briefly brown.

Remove the pancake from the pan and spread with jam.

Roll up, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Preparation Tip:

You can serve the pancakes with any jam of your choice or a completely different filling (e.g. as nut pancakes, ice cream pancakes or curd cheese pancakes).
