For the buckwheat dumplings, swell the buckwheat groats in boiling water for about 20-30 minutes.
Add salt, butter, eggs, soy flour, pepper, yeast seasoning, nutmeg and parsley. Mix everything together and let it swell for a few more minutes.
Form dumplings and cook in boiling salted water at moderate heat for about 20 minutes.
Serve the dumplings as a side dish.
