Instructions:

First boil water and steep tea bag together with ginger and cinnamon stick.

Remove the tea bag and ginger. Add mint, honey and chill.

Squeeze the lemons and add them, then add the fruits (I like to add a lot of fresh currant and strawberries, so the iced tea tastes great).

Then chill again.

Before enjoying, sprinkle with a little mineral water, add ice cubes and serve the homemade fruit iced tea with mint.
