For the crispy fried shrimp on basmati rice, prepare the rice according to package directions. Season with salt.
Peel the shrimp except for the tail pieces. Remove the intestines with a small knife.
Dredge the shrimp evenly in cornstarch, then in beaten egg and finally in panko.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp until they are crispy and floating.
Remove with a lattice scoop, drain on paper towels and arrange decoratively with Uncle Ben’s® Basmati & Thai Rice on nori leaves.
Serve the crispy fried shrimp on basmati rice with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
