For the Southern Fruit Fruit Salad, peel the baby pineapple and mango and cut into small cubes, pour into a bowl, add raspberries.
Flavor with elderberry syrup, orange juice and maraschino. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Divide the tropical fruit salad among small bowls.
Preparation Tip:
If children are eating along with the tropical fruit salad, make a small extra serving and substitute a splash of cherry juice for the maraschino.
