Homemade baby food – First complementary food.

For the vegetable couscous, cover couscous with an equal amount of boiling water, add a squeeze of lemon juice. Cover and let swell for 10 minutes, loosening with a fork after5 minutes.

Wash the vegetables, remove the stalks, seeds and skin from the bell pepper and cut into small cubes. Peel the carrot and also cut into small cubes. Cut broccoli florets into very small florets.

Add the carrot and bell pepper cubes in a little water, a few minutes later add the broccoli florets and cook until soft.

Mix the vegetables with the couscous and stir in butter.

Preparation Tip:

This baby complementary food is suitable for babies from 9 months of age.
