Calories per serving: Peel 15 cloves of garlic, crush finely and mix with 4 tbsp olive oil. Drizzle garlic oil on baguette slices. Finely dice liver. Peel onions and chop finely. Clean apple and finely dice. Clean mushrooms, cut 1 mushroom into slices, set aside. Finely dice the rest. Sauté onions and mushrooms in remaining hot oil, add liver and apple, fry, season with salt and pepper. Blanch tomatoes, peel, quarter, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Mix with thyme leaves. Chop basil leaves and olives. Cut mozzarella into small cubes, mix with olives and basil. Bake the baguette in a heated oven (electric oven: 200ø/gas oven: level 3) for 15 minutes. Halfway through the baking time, spread the olive mixture on 4 baguette slices form.
