For the white bread, dissolve the yeast in 250 ml of lukewarm milk, add the sugar and about 1/3 of the flour, cover the dough and let it rise for about 1/2 hour.

Then add all the other ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise once for about 1/2 hour.

Then place the dough in a greased and flour-dusted loaf pan and let it rise again, covered.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the white bread for about 1 hour.
