For the Caipirissima, cut the lime into eighths and fill into a Caipirinha glass together with the brown cane sugar and the Lime Juice and crush with a mortar.
Top with crushed ice and let the rum slowly trickle into the glass. Stir the Caipirissima well with a bar spoon.
Preparation Tip:
The Caipirissima is very similar to the Caipirinha, but has more alcohol content.
