For the chocolate cakes, preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter over a water bath.

Mix the remaining ingredients and gradually stir into the melted chocolate mixture. Pour into small molds, which have been previously greased and dusted with flour and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Preparation Tip:

Especially delicious are the chocolate cakes still with fresh berries.
