Boil potatoes and strain. Mix with egg yolks, nutmeg and thyme. Layer raw ham and smoked salmon alternately with the mashed potatoes in a casserole dish lined with ham. Finish with ham and bake in hot oven for 10 minutes. Prepare a sauce with melted butter, red wine, white wine, thyme and nutmeg and serve with the lasagna.
